Dr. Palmerio is a NASA Living With a Star (LWS) Jack Eddy Postdoctoral Fellow currently based at the Space Sciences Laboratory (SSL) of the University of California–Berkeley. Her research interests include the evolution of coronal mass ejections (CMEs) from the Sun throughout interplanetary space and their space weather impact on Earth and Mars.
Dr. Palmerio received her Ph.D. from the University of Helsinki, Finland, in 2019. Her dissertation, titled “Magnetic structure and geoeffectiveness of coronal mass ejections”, can be found at this link.
