As a first-year student majoring in mechanical engineering, Marvin offers a special combination of abilities to his work with the Experimental Astrophysics Group (EAG). He works on the creation and evaluation of micro-channel plates, which are vital to the study of space. Marvin is an inspiration to all of us at SSL because of his commitment and love for his work. When he's not working in the lab, he enjoys running and listening to music to relax.

As a member of the class of 2024 and majoring in mechanical engineering, Van plays a crucial role in the Grotiffer project. He's got his sights set high and his mind on the stars as he focuses on the orientation of satellites and deployment of scientific instruments. Fira is a vibrant soul from Indonesia and her personality type is ENFP. Fira is driven and always striving for excellence. She also makes sure to carry each day with positive energy and attitude. One fun fact about Fira is that she has very vivid dreams. When she isn't studying for exams or working with Dr. Solene Lejosne on radiation belt dynamics, you can find Fira dancing, reading, and taking videos. We are so proud of you Fira and appreciate all of your contributions to SSL.
