GRB030725

This is H2779 at 42384 s.  It was localized by the WXM and
the SXC (the latter in one dimension), and we issued GCN 2322.
It was also observed by Ulysses, Odyssey, Konus, RHESSI, and
INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS) and localized by triangulation to reduce
the size of the error box (GCN 2337).
